At the helm of enhancing this architectural gem, IAQ Services embarked on a remarkable journey to ensure that the Ribbon Building met the highest standards of performance and sustainability. The project commenced under Cubic/Probuild umbrella and later integrated with D&E Air Conditioning.

IAQ Services, used Aeroseal Duct and undertook the pivotal task of sealing the SpeedPanel Rises within the Ribbon Building. This marked the inception of a journey that spanned from 2019 to 2023, during which IAQ Services dedicated itself to enhancing the building's performance and reducing its environmental impact.

The results achieved throughout this project have been nothing short of spectacular. With our unwavering commitment and the innovative Aeroseal duct technology, we successfully sealed a total of 31 Rises supply air rises and stair pressurisation riser within the Ribbon Building. The impact of this achievement reverberated through the building, significantly reducing the leakage with the  riser so all are compliant and well below the allowed leakage rate
